/ The A-Team

when the digital
game gets tough,
the tough
start playing

But let's take a step back...

This is how
our “A-team” was born

1996

1996, Milan.
A chance collision of restless minds produces a spark.

A creative dressed in black who sees the world in color.
An art historian who reads the future in the signs of the past.
A nerd who speaks the language of machines fluently.
An eclectic philosopher who asks uncomfortable questions.

Four apparently incompatible souls, united by a conviction: digital communication is not just technique or aesthetics, but alchemy.

From those chance encounters the unexpected comes to life: a thought workshop where strategy, technology, and creativity merge without hierarchy.

Our “A-Team” is born, the first leading core of AXIScomm, a digital communication and marketing agency like no other.

It was the dawn of digital. And while the world was still figuring out what a website was, the four of us were already imagining how it would change the stories we tell.

More than 30 years after that spark continues to burn.

We grew up with digital. We evolved with it. But that wild curiosity, that desire to mix different languages, and that courage to experiment have remained intact.

Today, as then, when the digital game gets tough, we are ready to take the field by your side.

And here's how it's grown:

Alongside our clients,
with solid partnerships

Over more than 30 years, we have chosen not to focus on quantity, but on the quality of each project and the level of service, building long‑lasting, evolving, and strategic relationships.

It’s a rewarding choice that has allowed us to develop, with our main clients, collaborations that have lasted more than 15 years — a result that speaks far louder than any slogan about the way we work.
